A fully automatic robotic tube bending machine for complex tube bending. Equipped with a Yaskawa GP180 6-axis robot and 12 servo axes for multi-axis motion, it handles stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum tubes from Ø4×0.5mm to Ø25×2mm, up to 3500mm long. Integrated loading, handling, bending, supplementary bending, and unloading. Bending accuracy ±0.1°, approx. 4–5s per bend, changeover ≤20 min. Supports 3D drawing and YBC data import with one-click program generation—stable, efficient, ideal for batch processing of complex tubes.
