FME-D30-5P/full servo five station tube end forming machine is a tube end forming equipment driven by electric servo for both punch and clamping die. It has three operation modes: automatic, inching and manual, and can be connected with special automatic loading and unloading equipment for fully automatic operation.
This equipment is equipped with five punch stations, each of which can adjust the concentricity, independently adjusting the upper and lower shafts and the left and right shafts. The left and right are
adjusted through the touch screen, and the upper and lower shafts are adjusted mechanically. The punch speed shall reach 100mm/S and be continuously adjusted through the touch screen. The force of the punch and clamping die can be adjusted through the touch screen With continuous oil injection device and lubricating oil filtering and circulating system, the lubricating time and oil volume can be adjusted on the touch screen.
